7. Liability

The material displayed on our site is provided ‘AS IS’, without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

11. Jurisdiction and acceptance of these terms and conditions

This site is controlled and operated by Censorit from its offices in England. The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity in all aspects whatsoever of these Terms or any dispute in relation to the services or the materials contained in this site shall be governed by English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes that may arise out of or in connection with these Terms.
